Danielle Bacich

Danielle is a warm psychologist with a passion for supporting individuals to improve their emotional wellbeing and daily functioning. She qualified with the Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) from Macquarie University, graduating with First Class Honours, and her work experience includes providing psychology services to individuals living in regional Mudgee, and holding a position in university education.

Danielle has experience providing support to individuals of all ages experiencing a wide variety of concerns, including anxiety and depression (including in the postnatal period), burnout, adjustment difficulties, perfectionism, relationship difficulties, and issues with concentration and sleep. Her treatment approach is primarily Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), but she also draws upon Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT).

Danielle also has experience helping NDIS participants reach their goals, often involving supporting them to regulate their emotions more effectively, improve their social functioning, and gain greater independence.
