  • Yes, we offer telehealth sessions.

  • An initial psychology session generally involves your psychologist gaining an understanding of your presenting concern/s and goals from attending, as well as some background information. This informs an individually tailored treatment plan and the amount and frequency of sessions you may need.

  • It is difficult to fill a spot which was reserved for you without adequate notice. Accordingly, we require at least 24-hours notice of cancellation / needing to reschedule an appointment. Appointments missed, cancelled, or rescheduled without 24-hours notice will incur the full fee, which is required to be paid prior to your next appointment. It is important to note that a rebate cannot be claimed from Medicare or private health funds for missed / cancelled appointment fees.

    If for any reason you are unable to attend your appointment in person, please note you are able to change it to a telehealth appointment.

  • No, it is not possible to claim a rebate from both Medicare and a private health fund for the same session.

  • No, we do not write reports for legal matters.
