An initial psychology session generally involves your psychologist gaining an understanding of your presenting concern/s and goals from attending, as well as some background information. This informs an individually tailored treatment plan.

The frequency of sessions needed will vary from person to person, but individuals commonly attend sessions weekly or fortnightly.

It is difficult to fill a spot which was reserved for you without adequate notice. Accordingly, we require at least 48-hours notice if you cannot attend your appointment. Appointments missed, cancelled, or rescheduled without 48-hours notice will incur the full fee.
